We ship all standard orders using the Royal Mail second class delivery service, which is not trackable.
Please allow seven days from date of despatch for your order to arrive.
If your order has not arrived after 7 working days please check with your neighbours and local delivery office. Often lost parcels are found there. If your parcel is still missing please email our delivery team at email@example.com or call us on 07446042609.
We ship our premium and Saturday deliveries using the Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed service. Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm the next working day or Saturday if this option has been selected.
